Being a local institution there are some inherent advantages that, in addition to providing more personalized service, also mean better security to you and your accounts. For example, when you call our Member Care Center, we don’t send you through the wire overseas or across the country to discuss sensitive financial information. Whenever you have a question, you can call a local number and talk to a representative by name, so the next time you call, you can speak with the same representative for consistent service, greater follow-up care, and more security. The same is true for the loan decision process. Our decisions for offering loans are all made in-house. This means we can deliver a decision faster and with improved security. For example, when you apply for a Visa, you’ll get an in-house decision in about 10 to 20 minutes. Visa credit and debit cards are issued over the counter on that same visit, so there’s no chance the card can get lost or stolen in the mail. |
