USUCCU Board of Directors Nominations

In accordance with the Bylaws of the USU Charter Federal Credit Union, the Board of Directors will be accepting nominations from its general membership for open board positions for the upcoming term. Potential board members serve on a volunteer basis. Members must be in good standing and at least 18 years of age in order to be considered. They must be willing to assume the responsibilities of a board member as defined by federal law and be willing to devote the necessary time to prepare and attend monthly USUCCU board meetings and other meetings as necessary. Applicants must be willing to affirm that they have no conflicts of interest with respect to their service. Applications must be received by December 17, 2011.
